Our story
It started in Bolton with one nervous terrier
Pet Starz opened in Bolton in 2024 after years of seeing how much smoother grooming could be when the pace was set by the pet, not the clock. The first dog through the door was a nervous terrier who needed patience more than polish, and that set the tone for everything that followed.
We still work that way now. The studio runs with a nine-person team, but the process stays personal: one handler per pet, slow introductions, and enough time in the day to reset when a pet needs a break.
